The Free plan and free trial exclude music rights, and no charge is made before the user sees and confirms the available payment step.
1. Service scope
JukeCloud provides software functionality for Player, queue, and music-request management. Features, service levels, and support vary by plan and external-service availability.
2. Accounts and access
Operators must provide accurate information, protect accounts and pairing links/codes, and use access only for authorised organisations and venues. Do not share passwords, tokens, or operator access with unauthorised people.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, disrupt systems, access another tenant/location, automate harmful requests, or bypass queue and security controls. We may limit or suspend activity that puts the service or users at risk.
4. Music, video, and third-party rights
The subscription licenses JukeCloud software functionality for player, queue and music-request management only. It does not include music, sound-recording, public-performance, public-communication, or third-party video/music-service rights.
The customer is responsible for all rights and permissions required for its venue, content, and use case and for complying with applicable provider terms.
5. Free plan, trial, pricing, and payment
Free is reserved for existing customers with their current entitlements and terms unchanged. It is closed to new signups. New customers can try Pro features for 14 days with 1 location and 1 Player, no card required. After the trial, their chosen plan is 50% off for the first paid month, followed by regular monthly pricing. The offer is available once per account. Payment starts after the trial upon confirmation. Without payment, service pauses without automatically deleting data or switching to Free. Billing period, available payment method, and charge amount are shown before paid billing begins. Prices may change with reasonable notice and do not alter charges already made. Enterprise requires a separate commercial scope and agreement.
6. External services and availability
Search and playback may depend on browsers, networks, devices, and external services such as YouTube or LINE. We cannot guarantee every item or external service will always be available.
7. Data and privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice. Venue operators should provide appropriate guest information and avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive data through display names or music requests.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the service or terms for security, legal compliance, or technical availability. Users may cancel under the applicable plan terms and must return access or revoke devices and sessions through the defined process.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms, service use, or complaints can be sent to jukecloud.contact@gmail.com.
