What to know before the first track
If your question is not here, contact the JukeCloud team and we will answer it in the context of your venue.
Getting started
What is JukeCloud?
JukeCloud is software for QR music requests, queue operations, and venue Player control from one Control Center.
Do guests need an account or app?
Generally, no. Guests open Guest request from a QR code in their browser and request music under the venue’s policy.
What equipment do I need?
A browser-capable Player device, a suitable screen or sound system, and stable internet. Staff can open Control Center on a computer, tablet, or phone.
How long does setup take?
The core flow is to start a Player, pair it, and share your QR. Actual time depends on your sound system and network.
Queue and control
Who controls the queue?
Your venue does. Staff review requests and monitor the queue through Control Center, while the JukeCloud backend remains the central queue authority.
Can it reduce duplicate requests or spam?
Yes. Starter can configure basic rules, and Business or higher adds advanced rules, request approval, and a Blocklist.
What happens when nobody requests a song?
The Player can use venue-prepared fallback music so the room does not wait for a new request.
Can I run multiple spaces?
Yes. Business supports up to 3 Locations and 3 Players, while Pro supports up to 10 Locations and 10 Players.
Pricing, payment, and music rights
How much does it cost?
Starter is THB 290, Business is THB 790, and Pro is THB 1,590 per month. Enterprise is scoped through sales. New customers get a 14-day Pro feature trial, then 50% off the first paid month of their chosen plan and regular pricing thereafter.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Try Pro features for 14 days with 1 location and 1 Player, without a card. JukeCloud will clearly show the available payment step before any real charge.
Does the fee include music rights?
No. It covers JukeCloud software functionality only and excludes music, sound-recording, public-performance, public-communication, and third-party service rights.
Who obtains the required licences?
The customer or venue operator is responsible for rights, licences, and permissions required for its venue, content, and use case, and for complying with provider terms.
Data and privacy
Does JukeCloud use advertising cookies?
The marketing site has no Meta Pixel. The app signup page may use Meta Pixel to measure registrations and improve advertising only when enabled and you opt in. You can refuse or withdraw on the signup page without affecting registration. Necessary session, device and Player storage is separate. See section 6 of the Privacy Notice.
Is venue data separated?
Tenant and location scoping separate access, Players, queues, and operational data for each organisation.
How do I request access or deletion?
Email jukecloud.contact@gmail.com without sending passwords, raw tokens, card data, or sensitive information. See the Privacy Notice for conditions and detail.
